Who is Parbat Nepal?

I am the SEO Director at One Percent Digital, a US-based digital marketing agency headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona. I work remotely from Nepal. I report directly to the CEO and manage a team of 5 across a portfolio of 30 active clients.

In my first year at the company, I built the entire AI-powered automation infrastructure from the ground up — 10+ production workflows using n8n, Claude AI, Claude Code, and Ahrefs MCP. These systems handle keyword research, technical audits, content briefs, monthly reporting, and client onboarding. The team now spends 70% of its time on strategy and 30% on execution. Before these systems, that ratio was inverted.

Outside of my full-time role, I built three proprietary SEO frameworks — the Semantic SEO Commercial Page Framework, the Diagnostic Reasoning Engine, and the Attribute Filtration System. These replace template-based SEO with diagnostic, niche-specific strategy. I have applied them across 50+ projects in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and New Zealand.

I also take on a limited number of freelance SEO projects. No team, no agency — just me. I am selective about which projects I take because my time outside of full-time work is limited.

Semantic SEO Commercial Page Framework

7 pillars

A system for building commercial pages optimized for Google's semantic understanding and human conversion. Covers lemmatization, commercialization, verbalization (SPO triples), visual semantics, attribute filtration, centerpiece annotation, and informational deferral.

Diagnostic Reasoning Engine

5 stages

A reasoning process that produces the correct page structure, attribute priority, language register, and commercial intensity for any keyword in any niche. Stages: entity identification, attribute extraction, attribute filtration, language calibration, structural assembly.

Attribute Filtration System

5 priority levels

Determines which keyword attributes appear in which sections of a page. Priority 1 attributes go in the hero. Priority 5 attributes get deferred to FAQ tabs. The primary decision driver changes by niche — for SEO it's track record, for e-commerce it's deliverables, for local services it's outcomes.
